Every class that we offer is specially designed to push you to your limit. Regardless of your age or ability, our classes are for everyone because you can get as much from each hour session as you want.

Our classes are for up to ten people only, so you won’t have to worry about making sure you do everything right on your own, while feeling as though people are watching your every move. You’ll instantly feel confident about the way you train and how you train. This is because everyone else is there with you. When you need inspiration, our personal training coaches are there to help you along the way.

What really sets our classes apart are the personal training coaches . They are knowledgeable, and experienced and they understand exactly what each member needs. This is the reason why age, shape or experience are irrelevant.
